ARM Diesel is a highly developed control and monitoring programme that works in conjunction with test benches and various controllers from Opensystem. It was specially developed for controlling electronic measuring systems for testing Common Rail hydraulic components (injectors, pumps) and UI systems.

Functions:
1. ARM Diesel enables the precise control and monitoring of Opensystem test systems for injectors and pumps.
2. Generation of specific control signals for injectors, pumps and unit injectors to ensure accurate functional testing.
3. High-precision measurement of the test fluid volume on two channels (injection and backflow). It is possible to test up to 4 injectors at the same time.
4. Testing of the injectors is possible in both automatic and manual mode.
5. Creation and output of correction codes (coding) based on the measurement results.
User interface:
1. A user-friendly interface allows the input of control impulse parameters.
2. Real-time display of measured values during the test procedure.
3. Visualisation of individual injection processes in the form of graphs for detailed analysis.
Test plans:
1. Over several thousand integrated test plans for injectors from Bosch, Siemens, Denso and Delphi.
2. Possibility to create and customise your own test plans.
Test report generation:
1. Ability to save test results and retrieve them later.
2. Creation of test reports that can contain customer-specific information such as logo, name and address.
