1. Mega Tester V4 — Piezo Injector Tester
The core diagnostic instrument of the set. The Mega Tester V4 is a professional tester designed specifically for piezo injectors. Supplied complete with all necessary cables and software for immediate use.
2. Flow Box M (Analog) — Compressed Air Flow Meter
A dedicated device for measuring compressed air flow in Continental piezo injectors. Used to determine the valve opening degree under defined voltage and air pressure conditions — a critical step in accurate injector calibration.
3. Internal Ring-Nut Wrench
A specialist wrench designed for dismounting the internal ring-nut of Continental common rail injectors. Ensures safe and damage-free disassembly.
4. Nozzle Cleaning Needles
A package of precision needles for cleaning injector nozzle holes. Removes deposits and restores correct spray pattern for reliable injector performance.
5. Piezo Element Sealing Rubber (Optional)
A replacement sealing rubber for the piezo element of the Continental injector. Recommended for complete overhaul and leak-free reassembly.

7. Open-End Wrench No. 25 (Optional)
