CR-IP.1I
Diesel tester for diagnostics of Common Rail injectors
Tests electrically controlled Common Rail injectors from Bosch, Denso, Delphi and Siemens VDO on a bench, one injector at a time — supplying the control signals and fuel pressure needed for diagnosis.
- Manual mode via front-panel controls, automatic mode via PC software
- Checks volumetric output and spray pattern shape/intensity
- Anchor stroke measurement for Bosch electromagnetic injectors
- Response time testing and coding for Delphi injectors

Product Description
The diesel tester CR-IP.1I diagnoses Common Rail injectors manufactured by Bosch, Denso, Delphi and Siemens VDO on a bench, testing one injector at a time. It supplies the injector control signals and fuel pressure set by the user, controlled through the system’s control valve.
The device runs in manual mode using front-panel control buttons, or in automatic mode using software on a personal computer.
Manual mode
Checks volumetric output, gives a visual evaluation of spray pattern shape and intensity, and measures anchor stroke (stroke mode) for Bosch electromagnetic injectors.
Automatic mode
Controls the pressure regulator to hold the system at a set pressure, operates actuators such as the booster pump and measuring-unit shutter, and measures response time for testing and coding Delphi injectors.
